Responsibilities
1. Lead designate marketing strategies for business departments and product categories;2. Manage the lifecycle of product lines/categories;3. Build key brand plans by supporting tactical activities and customer value plans/platforms, as well as necessary training and tools (PPTs, videos, sales materials, etc.);4. Collaborate with sales and technical services to drive the execution of business strategies and brand plans, including communication and promotion;5. Develop product pricing strategies and plans, establish pricing and bulk discount plans to balance market share and profitability, in order to achieve optimal results;6. Provide support for product portfolio development, innovation, and new product releases for designated product categories and/or varieties;7. Possess competitive market intelligence and customer insights for assigned departments;8. Provide evaluation reports on key performance indicators;9. As a key figure in internal/global alliances and cross functional communication;
Qualifications
Master degree with up to 8+ years of product/platform management experience. Or, Ph.D Degree, with 5+ years of product/platform management experience;
The candidate’s degree major in chemistry, microbiology,biochemistry, animal science is preferred;
Good project management skills; Experienced team building and servant leadership skill ;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and critical-thinking skills ;
Reliable and self-motivated 。
