Overview
Join the Kemin team as a Laboratory Support Technician! In this flexible, part-time entry level position, you'll enjoy the opportunity to get hands on experience within a functional lab. The primary function of this position is to provide daily support to the Kemin Research and Development Department through a variety of laboratory activities. This includes cleaning of glassware, performing equipment calibration checks, and regular equipment maintenance. Work in the lab will be done under direct supervision.
This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours (minimum 6 hours per week, maximum 10 hours per week). Schedule end time may vary based on work load.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in lab maintenance, e.g. glassware cleaning, keeping the lab orderly.
- Confirming pipette calibrations.
- Equipment cleaning.
- Other general duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must interact well with others in a team environment.
- Exhibit attention to detail.
- Basic PC skills.
- Good oral communication skills with a minimal English proficiency level.
