What you'll do:
- Drive Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets within the channel.
- Lead and Inspire: Coach, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed expectations and achieve individual and team goals.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster key relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities are maximised.
- Analyse and Strategise: Monitor market trends, analyse sales data, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Champion Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (marketing, supply chain, etc.) to ensure seamless operations and optimal results.
- Own the P&L: Take responsibility for the profitability of your business unit, leveraging financial data to drive performance and make informed decisions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise sales data, market insights, and financial analysis to inform your strategies and optimise results.

- Proven Success: A demonstrable track record of sales leadership within the FMCG/Retail/Grocery or Consumer Health sector.
