Your
missions :
- Deploy the strategy roadmap and validate policies and tools to ensure their correct implementation within the Zone.
- Continuously improve the customers satisfaction balancing supply requirements and available capacities, optimizing costs and managing the compliance.
- Define zone and Local objectives with the zone & SC Directors.
- Deploy the right organization at zone and local levels Manage and monitor the zone community (regular discussions with local members).
- Organize and train Local SC managers and local Planning managers Define and monitor KPI (Sales forecast accuracy, Working Capital Ratio, customer service, DPS, Transport costs) Inform Corporate teams about the zone challenges (voice of the customer and P&L impact)
- Ensure and coordinate the best in time product delivery (OTIF) with the Corporate SC LCM team and Franchises in line with Ceva and zone strategies.
- Secure the business continuity in the life cycle management.
- Manage the right local process deployment for a good customer satisfaction and stock management in line with our WCR constraints.
- Manage allocations plan. Ensure that right alerts are given to the corporate & business teams for the business continuity.
- Ensure the right deployment of sales orders processes.
- Watch to continuously improve the processes collecting data from the market in line with local practices.
- In project development, participate and define within the core team the requirements. Ensure the local deployment of the different projects-strategies. Ensure quality compliance of the products with local regulations. Supervise the claims management at local level.
- In line with the business and his strategy, challenge & analyze the sales forecasts.
- Check the consistency
with the financial estimate (Tidemark) for adjusting data Ensure accuracy of
local data in systems
Your
profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the supply chain management, demand and supply planning, inventory management, logistics and procurement.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to align local actions with global strategic objectives and to identify growth opportunities.
