Your
missions :
For our BENEDACH Commercial Ruminants Team we
are looking for a Territory Manager Belgium.
Your responsibilities:
Generate sales within your assigned region
by retaining and developing customers.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships
with key accounts and buying groups.
Drive business growth by implementing
strategies in the field, identifying new opportunities, upselling products
and services, and negotiating contracts.
Strongly working together with the internal
teams (Marketing/Technical).
Stay updated on market developments and
competitor activities to provide insights and identify opportunities.
Organisation of customer events and
participation in regional congresses.
Maintain internal CRM systems to update
customer records and manage business meeting outcomes.
Your
profile :
Your qualifications:
Successfully working in a commercial role for minimum
3 years within the animal health sector, preferable with experience in Ruminants.
Self-motivated with strong communication skills. Result-
and customer-oriented.,
Team-player.
Good time management skills.
Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Dutch and/or French written and spoken; English is an advantage.
Experienced in MS-office applications.
Willing to travel.
