Partner with stakeholders to create or repurpose PowerPoint presentations, point-of-sale documents, and similar materials, ensuring that they are consumer-centric, goal-driven, and effectively use optimal media.
Take a leading role in curriculum development for the Royal Canin Academy, developing tailored user journeys through existing content and identifying new content needs.
Take a leading role in learning innovation to further engage both veterinary professional and internal stakeholder education; SME for gamification, workshop development, etc.
Lead the ongoing evolution of the nutrition onboarding curriculum for new hires in partnership with portfolio leads and nutrition onboarding coordinator.
Update scientific content in PowerPoint presentations, point-of-sale materials, and related resources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Manage and curate scientific information for the Weight Management, Health Management, and General Nutrition categories, including research papers, market data, visual resources, and global Royal Canin assets.
Work closely with the Regulatory team to ensure timely production of compliant materials.
Educate new and existing Royal Canin associates on scientific and nutritional topics.
Develop ongoing expertise through relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), veterinary groups, continuing education, and self-study.
Partner with in-field and national account associates to stay informed about market trends and business needs, enhancing business acumen.
Provide escalated nutritional case consultations.
Collaborate with Mars Veterinary Health, Strategic Accounts, and Digital Sales Support team on project initiatives as required.
Deliver continuous best-in-class virtual Continuing Education (CE) training sessions for veterinarians personally and through coordination with KOLs.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and effectively work from home as needed.
Collaborate with external and internal research partners to advance scientific initiatives and global strategies.
