missions :
At Ceva BIOVAC, based in BEAUCOUZE (close to Angers), we are looking for a France and Export Sales Assistant to join our existing team. This Job offer is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The duties of this post are as follows:
Autogenous vaccines France/Export:
* Receipt and registration of strains on JDE
* Entry of autovaccine orders on JDE
* Follow-up of autovaccine orders:
* Management of requests for AV exemptions
* Dispatch AVs to customers (reservation of carriers)
* Invoicing of AVs
* Management of credit notes
* Management of customer complaints
* Liaise with Ceva's business teams
Reagent France / Export :
* Entering reagent orders on BioRéa
* Follow-up of reagent orders
* Dispatch reagents to customers (booking carriers)
* Invoice reagents
* Management of credit notes
* Management of customer complaints
MISCELLANEOUS :
* Management of telephone calls
* Back-up reception (telephone and physical)
* Drafting and updating procedures
Your
profile :
For this position, we are looking for a dynamic person with good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and who is capable of working in an international environment with international customers.
Level of education: Minimum 2 years' higher education (Commerce, Customer Relations, Sales)
Softskills: Team spirit, autonomy, flexibility/adaptability, rigour, stress management.
Languages: At least intermediate English (B1 - B2 minimum)
