Job Description
The Technical Marketing Manager(TMM) role is responsible for the development and implementation of annual marketing plans and technical supports mainly for vet clinics in line with Product strategy in order to achieve strategic and financial objectives with regard to Companion Animal business.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Achievement of market share and sales targets within promotional budgets.
- Development, implementation & delivery of short term species marketing strategies and tactical implementation
- Communication and coordination with the sales team and other internal stakeholders such as RA etc.
- Proper market analysis and informing to the team
- Implementation control and project management
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of promotion programs and making recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary
- Management of product resources
- NPD management support for Launch and follow-up with RA, HQ and region.
- Support RA during registration process including new product’s field trial
- Maintain contact with key distributors and key account customers to follow up promotion efforts and keep informed on the needs of the sales force. Ensure that all of marketing programs will be compliance with internal policy as well to will be align to short/long term strategies across products.
- Technical coach and consultant for the team
- Expertise with regards to vet-clinic and disease management
- Active participation in scientific trainings and industry meetings (internally or externally)
- Assures pro-actively the adequate technical expertise level of all team members by coaching, training, monitoring
- Bridging technical and marketing roles between HQ, region and Korea
- Implement product demonstration by working closely with RA and sales staffs
- Ensure all business activity complies with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
- Report Adverse Event or Product Quality Complaint to DPOC after customer/distributor report.

- Minimum Level of experience : 12 years if having same Animal Health Experience
- Minimum of Level of experience : 35 years if having pharmaceutical & Digital Marketing Experience
