Job Overview
Position involves handling DC & IDT business based out of Mumbai. Geography will be Mumbai, Gujarat & MPCG. It will be team handling role with a time size of 6 ASE reporting into the ASM. Job involves handling key SPT outlets, Vets and managing channel sales.
Job Specifications / Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualification
ASM experience with reputed organization, minimum 3-4 years of ASM experience.
Masters with 8-12 yrs of experience
Knowledge / Experience
Direct Distribution: Experience selling to and building direct distribution network, , preferably from Pet nutrition, pet care and other relevant industries desired
Indirect Distribution: : Experience managing and growing indirect channels within Pet care, CPG, FMCG and other similar industries
Proven track record of growth and revenue target achievement
Developing and managing sales associates
Job Responsibilities
Driving GT targets for West zone.
Handling team of ASEs
Imparting knowledge sessions to relevant stake holders.
Planning and evaluating performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
Projection of stocks.
Coordinating with interdepartmental teams
Monitoring competition activities and devising plans to counter competition.
Handling Key outlets, Vets and Distributor channel.
Responsible for execution of merchandise and strategies
