Kemin Animal Health and Nutrition is seeking: a Customer Service Representative
As Customer Service Representative, you will coordinate between the sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams, overseeing the entire order-to-cash process.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team and distributors in the DACH region, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Ensure efficient and smooth order processing, balancing economic efficiency with exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records and sales area files.
- Collect, validate, and manage master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare colleagues for backup roles and step in as a backup during absences, supporting both customer service and logistics functions.
- Deliver timely and accurate customer service, ensuring adherence to all internal procedures.
- Collaborate with the finance department to follow up on overdue invoices and ensure resolution.
- Keep customer records and sales area documentation organized.
- Plan shipments effectively, ensuring warehouse staff receives precise instructions for efficient delivery preparation.
Qualifications

- You are multilingual (German!, English)
- You are an expert in Microsoft Office and ERP-systems
- You have Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
