Overview
Based on the company's sales strategy and sales goals, develop sales plans for the region and complete sales tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Develop sales planning schemes based on regional potential, implement channel layout, and assist business in achieving regional sales targets.2. Plan and implement market promotion activities in the responsible area, coordinate company resources, and provide effective and timely support and services to customers Provide incentives and training for dealers in the responsible area to improve their sales efficiency;3. Assist in effective management of business and distributors, ensure the effective implementation of product pricing system, and strictly implement the company's agent management system.4. Responsible for daily management and career development planning of team members, and regularly coaching team members;5. Submit various reports required by the company on time;6. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in animal nutrition or veterinary science;
2. At least 4 years relevant sales experience in layer industry, sales experience in layer premix is preferred;
3. Providing feeding management and disease treatment ability for customers is preferred;
4. Good customer communication and presentation skills.
